- Our mortgages are for buying your residence in Switzerland or in France.
- Our study of the mortgage is done in 48 hours.
- Dossier fees, counselling, follow-up of your dossier at least three times per year: all this is free. We are, for your convenience, always available by telephone.
- Duration of credit may be from 1 to 30 years when buying in France; in Switzerland, duration may be "unlimited".
- One hundred percent (100%) financing for your home in France is possible, not including Notary fees, for a primary residence. For a secondary residence, or for a property to let, each case is studied individually.
- The rate may be fixed for 1, 2, 3, 5, or 10 years.
- We practice two methods of dealing with the risks of fluctuating interest rates: fixing the rate from 1 to 15 years, or setting an adjustable term.
- For your residence in Switzerland, we can offer you a single rate for the total amount of your mortgage (100% in "first rank").
- The cost of life insurance to cover 100% of your mortgage in France varies from 0.2 to 0.42% of the amount of credit, and is dependent on both the age(s) of the person(s) covered and the risk it covers (death capital and disability coverage).
- We counsel our clients, regarding fiscal deduction in Switzerland (Credit in fine), to take a 3rd pillar for a minimum of 10 years. Thanks to our partners, these policies have maintained a 5.9% interest rate for the past 15 years.
